‘Inspired by our natural environment and the human form, I create art works intuitively using an emotional and sensory response to create degrees of abstraction using a multitude of mediums.’

Currently a 4th year honours degree programme mature student with the University of the West of Scotland, I rekindled my passion for art following a period of sustained health issues which forced a re-consideration of life and direction.

I pull on life experiences and memories to add depth and emotion to my work. ‘Every piece of work owns a piece of myself'.’

Alongside mixed media pieces, I also experiment with local plants and foliage to explore the pigments and prints that can be obtained from our natural resources.
